Carole Ann Barth is a Senior Environmental Planner with the PGC Department of the Environment’s Community Outreach Promoting Empowerment (COPE) section. Ms. Barth is a frequent speaker before garden clubs and citizen groups as well as speaking at events such as PGDOEthe Great Green America Festival, the Green Matters Symposium, the Lahr Native Plant Symposium, the Adkins Arboretum Symposium and Millersville University’s Native Plants in the Landscape conference. Ms. Barth has also appeared on the Kojo Nnamdi show as well as the Izaak Walton League’s webcast, “Wetland-friendly Backyards.”
