Friday, May 6th – It’s Party Time!

Here it comes. Our official kick-off of the Forklift First Friday season!

Join us this Friday, May 6th for live music, local art, food truck fair, and a pop-up bar. This is the real “Forklift After Dark” experience.

When: Friday, May 6th 6pm-8pm
Where: Community Forklift – 4671 Tanglewood Drive, Edmonston MD 20781
Who: YOU! And your friends, family, kids, neighbors, co-workers, and (friendly leashed) dog.
Cost: Free to attend – But you can support your local artists and businesses by purchasing their wares and tipping the band.

Realist painter, Michelle Bailey, returns again this year with her original paintings, prints, and notecards; all inspired by the lovably and quirky small towns here in our local area.

Pete Pichaske is a semi-retired journalist with a longstanding interest in travel and landscape photography. He enjoys traveling to and shooting in far-flung locales, but also believes compelling photos can be found much closer to home.

Traditionally made in a wood burning forge, Munir Brown makes blades, knives, and swords, out of old tool steel and other reclaimed metals.

County Manners food truck will be serving up Southern Maryland inspired fare prepared with some of the freshest, responsibly-sourced ingredients from the region. Chef Damian and Chef Jeremy are excited to share their style of hospitality with everyone through their love of food.
