Bringing an Americana blend of indie-pop with jazz influences, Brulee sets the standard within this unique genre. The members of Brulee create a rich musical blend, melding sultry vocals and smart lyrics with creative arrangements that slide seamlessly from smoky jazz ballads to bouncy alt-pop anthems. Check out their website for songs from their first CD (“To a Crisp”), lots of Washington DC area press, and some very geeky descriptions of their vintage instruments: www.bandbrulee.com.
Realist painter, Michelle Bailey, is back again this month with her original paintings, prints, and notecards; all inspired by the lovably and quirky small towns here in our local area.
Pete Pichaske is also returning with his travel and landscape photography. He enjoys traveling and shooting in far-flung locales, but also believes compelling photos can be found much closer to home.
Delia Mychajluk is joining us for the first time and will be bringing art that is an expression of the “essentials”: life/death, growth, and the boundaries between the physical/spiritual worlds.
We’re happy to be welcoming Mary Ann Lipovsky back again this year. She brings out the softer side of our community by painting historic houses and local city scenes in beautiful watercolors.
Richard Brown (1/3 of the awesomely creative Brown family) will be joining us and showing off his hand cast jewelry collection; copper/sterling silver bracelets, bronze, sterling silver earrings with semi precious stones, and all silver pieces, including pendants, bracelets, earrings, pins will be available for purchase.

We have great news, Urban Bumpkin BBQ is back at the ‘Lift! Indulge in a modern rolling cuisine that combines Asian, Native Alaskan and Russian dishes with American smoking traditions and unique bang’n flavors, some may call it the identity crisis menu but it’s definitely the epitome of melting pot ‘Murica!

And of course it’s not a party without Town Center Market’s Signature Pop-up Bar! Each month they’ll be bringing a new and exciting selection of craft beers and wine to the ‘Lift.
