Where: Community Forklift, 4671 Tanglewood Drive, Edmonston MD 20781 – just 5 minutes outside DC, in the Hyattsville area
Who: You, your friends, your family, your kids, your neighbors, your co-workers, and your (friendly, leashed) pets. We’ve even had a few meetup groups and blind dates show up!
Cost: It’s free – but you can support local artists & businesses by grabbing dinner and drinks, purchasing art, and tipping the entertainers.

The Loose Ends are a Maryland-based roots rock band playing a wide variety of rock-n-roll, R&B, and rockabilly. Our set list includes the Rolling Stones, the Dead, the Band, Johnny Cash, the Animals, Bo Diddley, Bob Dylan and many others, with some original music.
Matt Neufeld will perform family-friendly, fun, funny and entertaining card, coin, mind-reading and production close-up magic!!
Susanna Fields-Kuehl creates paint and textile art. Her works explore the beauty of everyday. Travel to India through her hand-painted trace & color books of animals from her “Tree of Life” painting. Learn Kerala Mural Painting (a centuries-old tradition from South India) through full-color photographs and illustrated instructions.
Delia Mychajluk‘s art is an expression of thoughts and feelings about what she considers the “essentials” of things, i.e., life/death, growth, and the boundaries between the physical/spiritual worlds. Current favorite mediums include oil paint, photography and digital collage, wood and stone carving, plaster and cement over hardware cloth, & watercolor pencils on canvas.”
Karla Lawrence‘s work is about capturing positive emotions and beauty. Each piece contains elements of line, pattern, bright colors, or words. Using a variety of mediums including acrylics, watercolors, pen and ink, as well as collage, it inspires and uplifts women and creates a means of connection within our community.
Andrew Wohl believes that whether in his chosen profession as an engineer or in his photographic pursuits, the goal is to explore, investigate and avoid the conventional in order to develop a unique voice and honest self-expression. He has photographed many items from our warehouse and will have some of those on display
Pushing the boundaries of the food truck experience, CapMac, brings classic Mac and Cheese with exciting twists and additions.
And of course it’s not a party without Town Center Market’s Signature Pop-up Bar! Each month they’ll be bringing a new and exciting selection of craft beers and wine to the ‘Lift.
