Saturday, December 10th, 7:00pm – 11:00pm
The Fridge Art Gallery in Eastern Market (516 8th Street SE, Rear alley, Washington, DC 20003)
Join us to raise awareness of the positive work Community Forklift does to lift up local communities through reuse. Sound Affects DC hosts fun and uplifting party experiences for individuals in the DC Metro area centered on Good Music, Good People and Positivity. Each party highlights a local non-profit, and this time it’s us!
Admission is free, but we’ll be raising money to benefit the Forklift through silent auction items and a 50/50 Raffle (By the way – we still need prizes! Please contact Ruthie(at)CommunityForklift.org or 301-985-5180 if you can donate a gift certificate or other prize).
Sound Affects DC is a marriage of Arts & Activism, that seeks to promote and highlight charitable and non-profit work throughout the DC Metro area using music as the driving force. Check out what a Sound Affects Party looks like, then bring your friends and have a fun night out that helps the Forklift.
