If you need some shallow shelving in your kitchen, pick up a few backsplash scraps that match your existing counters!
Caterers like to use granite scraps for fruit and cheese boards too, because it keeps the food cool. This picture is from a company that sells them on Etsy – it looks like they’ve softened the broken edges with sandpaper, and attached some kind of legs to the bottom.
