Assistant Donations Coordinator (Full-time)
Community Forklift is seeking a full-time Assistant Donations Coordinator to work with our growing green business. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Assistant Donations Coordinator is primarily responsible for vetting and coordinating pickups of donated building materials. The Assistant Donations Coordinator’s primary duties include phone and email communication with donors and managing the scheduling and logistics of our donation trucks. Other responsibilities may include record keeping and data generation, developing training and communication materials, assisting with promotional events and donor outreach, assisting with regulatory compliance issues, etc. This is a demanding and fast-paced position with opportunity for growth.

Community Forklift is a nonprofit reuse center for home improvement and architectural salvage. The store accepts donations of new, gently-used and vintage building materials; these donated renovation supplies are then made available to the public at low prices and donated to local nonprofits.
