3-Day Sale: Courtyard Clearance!

This Tuesday – Thursday

Items in our courtyard are half off

Granite, marble, ironwork, tubs, sinks, & more!

On May 14 – 16, 2019, take 50% off items in our courtyard. The sale includes granite & marble counters, cast iron sinks, modern and vintage tubs, wrought iron, security doors, window bars, and more!

Yup, this sleek soaker tub is half off!

Remember, we offer 5 days of free storage on most bulk items, so if you buy something heavy during the sale, you have a little time to figure out how to get it home.

You might find some beautiful old steps and stone blocks for your garden.

Please note: The sale does not include bricks or masonry, items inside the warehouse, select specialty items, items from our consignment partners, or items listed online. Flash sales may not be combined with other sales or promotions. Items with missing or damaged price tags will not be sold.

The courtyard is overflowing with granite and stone countertops, in a big selection of sizes and colors. Great for kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, tops of furniture, and garden walkways
The sale includes cool old cast iron sinks…
And pretty modern sinks too!
Patio furniture is half off.

We’ve got tons of iron security bars and fence pieces. They’re great for trellises too.
Courtyard Clearance ends at 7pm on Thursday, so come in soon!

Jazz Night at the ‘Lift

Join us on June 7th for Forklift First Friday!  On the first Friday evening of each summer month, we stay open late to turn the warehouse into a pop-up market with a mystery sale, live bands, local art, activities for kids, delicious food trucks, and craft beer & wine.

Every donation, purchase, and vote helps us lift up local communities through reuse.  Community Forklift turns the construction waste stream into a resource stream for communities in the DC region – by keeping perfectly good items out of the landfill, preserving historical materials, providing low-cost building supplies, and creating local green jobs.
