Courtyard Clearance

This Tuesday – Sunday

On June 25th – 30th, 2019, take 50% off items in our courtyard. The sale includes granite & marble counters, cast iron sinks, modern and vintage tubs, wrought iron, security doors, window bars, and more!

Remember, we offer 5 days of free storage on most bulk items, so if you buy something heavy during the sale, you have a little time to figure out how to get it home.

The courtyard is overflowing with granite and stone countertops, in a big selection of sizes and colors. Great for kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, tops of furniture, and garden walkways

Please note: The sale does not include bricks or masonry, items inside the warehouse, select specialty items, items from our consignment partners, or items listed online. Flash sales may not be combined with other sales or promotions. Items with missing or damaged price tags will not be sold.

You might find some beautiful old steps and stone blocks for your garden.
The sale includes cool old cast iron sinks…
And pretty modern sinks too!
Patio furniture is included in the sale
We’ve got tons of iron security bars and fence pieces. They’re also great for trellises in the garden.

Rock the ‘Lift

Join us on July 5th for Forklift First Friday!  On the first Friday evening of each summer month, we stay open late to turn the warehouse into a pop-up market with a mystery sale, live bands, local art, craft beer & wine, a delicious food truck, and activities for kids.

Every donation and purchase helps us lift up local communities through reuse.  Community Forklift turns the construction waste stream into a resource stream for communities in the DC region – by keeping perfectly good items out of the landfill, preserving historical materials, providing low-cost building supplies, and creating local green jobs.
